How to file a Guardian Warranty claim:

 Please read PRIOR to contacting Guardian

Your Guardian Warranty covers an accidental event that has damaged your fabric or leather. It is not for general cleaning from everyday use.  You must contact a professional upholstery cleaning company if you would like your piece entirely cleaned.  Guardian will need to know WHAT happened, HOW it happened, and WHEN it happened in order to approve a claim.  It must be an accidental event and not normal wear and tear.  Also, keep in mind they cover anything you can eat or drink and also ink, so you can be sure they will cover your damage if it is something that is edible! It also covers rips, cuts, tears and burns.  You can use it as many times as you would like with no deductible. Get started here!
